The Plant Manager – Printing Press is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production and operations within the printing facility. This includes managing personnel, equipment, production schedules, safety, quality assurance, and budget performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of printing processes, and a commitment to continuous improvement.Lead and manage day-to-day plant operations, including printing, finishing, and shipping departments. Ensure all production deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Monitor and manage plant budget, including labor, materials, and overhead costs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve workflow. Maintain compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations; champion a strong safety culture. Collaborate with sales, customer service, and prepress teams to meet customer requirements and resolve production issues. Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and safely. Manage staffing levels, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices. Prepare regular reports on production performance, downtime, and operational KPIs for executive management. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to oversee the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and team leadership to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
