Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Identify and generate leads, pitch printing and packaging solutions to potential clients, and close deals to meet sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the printing and packaging industry to tailor solutions effectively. Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the companys products (e.g., offset printing, labels packaging, etc.) to represent them confidently. Negotiation and Pricing: Negotiate costs, specifications, and delivery timelines with clients while ensuring profitability for the company. Order Management: Track sales orders, coordinate with production and supply chain teams, and ensure timely delivery of products. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare reports, and update CRM systems for forecasting and performance tracking. Event Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and services. Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A diploma in printing and packaging technology is a plus. Experience: 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the printing, packaging, or related manufacturing industries. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven sales and negotiation abilities. Knowledge of printing and packaging processes (e.g., offset, labels printing). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies. Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or in a team
