Job Summary
The Two Wheeler Field Sales Executive is responsible for actively promoting and selling two-wheeler products (motorcycles, scooters, etc.) within a designated geographic area. This role involves generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong customer relationships to drive sales, increase market share, and achieve individual and team sales targets. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and is a strong communicator.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various methods, including cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and social media.
Generate and qualify sales leads, and manage a sales pipeline from initial contact to closing the deal.
Conduct on-site product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of two-wheeler models.
Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets and quotas.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience.
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
Analyze sales data and provide regular reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market information in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Administrative and Other Duties:

Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:Plus two/Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Experience: Freshers /Automobile industry experience
