Role Overview:
As a
Sales Executive–
you’ll Responsible for overseeing the complete sales cycle—from lead qualification to deal closure—while actively engaging with clients and presenting property offerings. This role emphasizes developing lasting client relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and leveraging data-driven insights to boost sales effectiveness and contribute to overall business growth.
Key Roles And Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads from the marketing team and develop a clear sales journey for each prospect.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls and product demos; follow up with existing clients to maintain relationships.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking events.
- Initiate contact and effectively pitch projects to prospects, including during on-site visits.
- Close deals by clearly communicating value propositions and addressing client concerns.
- Prepare quarterly sales reports highlighting key targets, trends, and improvement areas.
- Analyze sales data to optimize the sales process across the funnel.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and enhance customer engagement.
- Continuously refine sales skills through feedback, training, and market insights.
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in sales marketing or Business Administration or Business Management.
Experience Required:
- 0 – 2 years relevant experience (especially in real estate or a similar industry)
Mandatory:
Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot
- Experience with lead generation platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Metro Leads
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and sales data analysis
Preferred:
- Familiarity with email outreach tools for cold emailing and client engagement
- Basic data analysis and visualization skills using Excel or Google Sheets
