Sales Executive- Chandigarh

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities by identifying and approaching builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and individual home builders.
• Manage inquiries, follow up with potential clients, and convert them into confirmed orders.
• Develop strong relationships with channel partners, consultants, and site supervisors.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely collections.
• Present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
• Conduct regular site visits to understand project requirements and coordinate with the internal team for delivery and installation.
• Maintain a database of prospects, leads, and clients for reporting to the management.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales progress and market feedback.

Requirements

• Graduate (preferably in Business/Marketing/Engineering).
• 2–5 years of sales experience in construction materials, building products, or related industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Willingness to travel within the Chandigarh and surrounding regions.
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
