Job Description

Call existing and ongoing inquiries to follow up and convert leads into confirmed orders. Maintain a professional and courteous approach with all clients over the phone. Understand the client’s requirements and provide relevant product information. Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain records of all calls, inquiries, and follow-ups using Google sheet. Share daily updates and reports with the manager. Requirements: Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette. Ability to handle client objections and convert leads efficiently. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email, etc.).
