Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Train telecalling staff to effectively follow up on quotations shared with clients (builders, contractors, architects, etc.) Develop and implement telecalling scripts tailored to the fire doors industry. Educate telecallers on the technical aspects and USPs of fire doors. Conduct regular mock call sessions, call audits, and feedback reviews. Ensure telecallers understand how to handle objections, pricing queries, and common client concerns. Track individual and team performance, and suggest improvements based on call quality and outcomes. Coordinate with the sales team to align telecalling efforts with sales goals. Ensure professionalism and consistency in all client interactions. Conduct refresher training sessions and onboard new telecalling team members. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in training telecallers or telesales teams, preferably in B2B or construction/building material sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English essential). Knowledge of quotation and follow-up processes in industrial or project-based sales. Ability to understand and explain technical product details effectively. Strong coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills. Familiarity with CRM software and call tracking tools is a plus. Preferred Experience: 3+ years of experience in telecalling/telesales training.
