Job Description

Job Title: HVAC Sales Representative / Sales Engineer Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Sales Representative to drive revenue by selling heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and services to residential and/or commercial clients. This role involves generating leads, conducting needs assessments, designing customized solutions, and closing deals while building lasting customer relationships.  Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and B2B marketing. Customer Consultation: Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their HVAC needs, perform site surveys, and provide expert advice. Sales & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts; negotiate terms and close sales effectively. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Technical Liaison: Collaborate with installation/engineering teams to ensure smooth project handovers and resolve technical issues. Market Awareness: Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments. Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.  Qualifications & Skills: Proven sales experience, preferably in HVAC, home services, or technical sales. Willing to learn about HVAC systems, components, and basic load calculations required for sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused. Ability to work evenings/weekends and travel frequently for client meetings. (For Sales Engineer roles) Background in Mechanical Engineering or related field is a plus.  What We Offer: Competitive salary plus commission/bonus structure.
