This role involves generating leads, conducting needs assessments, designing customized solutions, and closing deals while building lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and B2B marketing. Customer Consultation: Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their HVAC needs, perform site surveys, and provide expert advice. Sales & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts; negotiate terms and close sales effectively. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Technical Liaison: Collaborate with installation/engineering teams to ensure smooth project handovers and resolve technical issues.
