🧭 The Role: Sales Executive – Travel Sales

This isn't telemarketing. This isn't cold calling strangers who hang up on you.

Your day looks like this:

  • A couple from Indore reaches out: "We want a romantic 7-day Kerala escape, but we're vegetarians and need Ayurveda-friendly stays."
  • A family in Jaipur wants a Ladakh adventure: "Our kid is 8 years old — what's realistic and safe?"
  • A group of friends planning Goa: "We're on a budget but don't want to compromise on vibes."

You listen. You craft. You customize. You convert.

And when they return from their trip and say, "This was the best holiday of our lives" — that's your win.

💼 What You'll Actually Do:

✅ Handle 150–300 qualified leads/month (post-CRM automation)

Andaman, Kerala, J&K, Ladakh, Sikkim, UAE, Bhutan & more

✅ Maintain structured follow-ups via WhatsApp, calls, email & CRM

✅ Collaborate with operations & vendor teams for seamless trip execution

15–20 confirmed bookings

Performance Benchmarks (Industry-Standard):

  • Lead-to-proposal:

    45–50%

  • Raw lead-to-booking:

    3–7%

You won't be micromanaged. You'll own your pipeline, your outcomes, and your growth.
