We're a Jaipur-based travel startup (incubated at Bhamashah Techno Hub

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers & local vendors
• Format itineraries, quotations & confirmation vouchers
• Manage WhatsApp groups for live trip coordination
• Collect feedback & organize post-trip reviews
• Assist with CRM workflows & automation testing

What You'll Learn:

• Vendor management & pricing structures across destinations
• How to prepare professional client deliverables
• Process standardization & trip quality improvement
• Real-world skills for travel operations & management

Who Should Apply:

• Freshers or final-year students from Jaipur
• Strong organizational habits + attention to detail
• Proficient in

  Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, WhatsApp Web

• Bonus: Canva, PDF editors, Trello basics

• Hunger to learn > hunger for money

  (we want people who value skill-building)

What You'll Earn:

• Stipend:

  ₹9,000–₹12,000/month

• PPO (Pre-Placement Offer)

  for top performers after Month 2–3
• Real exposure to travel operations, vendor networks, and startup growth

Work Details:

• Hybrid:

  2–3 days/week in-office

• Duration:

  3–6 months

• Timing:

  10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 6 days/week (Monday off)
