Sales Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES EXECUTIVE POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE INDUSTRY: SOLAR ENERGY( ROOFTOP SOLAR PANEL INSTALLATION) LOCATION: LONI (GHAZIABAD), JEWAR AIRPORT AND HAPUR TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: DAILY FIELD VISITS WITHIN ASSIGNED CITIES/ DISTRICT. TWO -WHEELER WITH VALID LICENSE IS A MUST. ROLE OBJECTIVE: To directly engage with customers in assigned cities,Generate leads, Convert them into rooftop solar, and support smooth project execution while ensuring customer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: SALES CONVERSION Follow up on leads from campaigns and marketing referrals. explain product features, cost benefit-analysis, and installation process. LEAD GENERATION & CUSTOMER OUTREACH Conduct door to door visits, community meeting, and local events to generate leads. identify potential customers including, households,small businesses, school and institutions. Educate customers on the benefits of solar rooftop systems, subsidy schemes, and financing options. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Build trust and maintain long term relationships with customers. ensure smooth customers handover after installation. resolve basic queries and escalate technical/installation issues to the operations team. coordination and reporting: Report daily sales activities and progress to the Group Leader/ Team Manager. coordinate with installation teams to ensure timely execution of sales commitments. maintain accurate customer data and sales funnel reports. KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Strong communication and persuasion skills. Basic understanding of solar rooftop systems( training will be provided). Confidence in handling fieldwork and customer interactions. Self-motivated target- oriented and disciplined. Ability to speak local languages. Two-Wheeler with valid license is a must. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate/diploma in any discipline(Engineering/science/commerce preferred). Minimum 1 year experience in sales (solar/renewable/FMCG/consumer durables preferred). Freshers with strong motivational and willingness to learn may also apply.
