We are seeking an energetic and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at Sauvage Homes. This is a full-time, on-site position based in North Goa, offering the opportunity to represent some of the most distinctive and high-value luxury properties in the region.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and managing the entire sales process from initial enquiry to successful closure and post-sales service.
Identify, qualify, and generate new leads through direct outreach, broker networks, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to match them with the right property offerings.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI and UHNWI clients, including NRIs and international buyers.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, virtual tours, and property walkthroughs.
Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms to achieve successful closures while protecting company interests.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative strategies for client acquisition.
Conduct market research to stay abreast of current trends, competitor activity, and evolving buyer preferences.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM software and ensure timely reporting to management.
Provide high-touch post-sales support, ensuring a seamless handover and fostering repeat/referral business.
Proven track record in sales, preferably in luxury real estate, hospitality, or high-value lifestyle sectors.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with an ability to handle HNI/UHNWI clientele.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities — both verbal and written.
Proactive lead generation skills and comfort in networking environments (events, broker meets, exhibitions).
Knowledge of the luxury real estate market, property investment trends, and regulatory processes.
Experience in market research, sales presentations, and proposal creation.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sales tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Flexibility to travel within Goa and occasionally to metro cities for client meetings or events.
