Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer, located in South Goa. The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the construction of luxury properties, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Daily tasks will include project management, coordinating with architects and contractors, site inspections, scheduling, and resolving any issues that arise during construction. The role also involves adherence to building codes and regulations, managing budgets, and reporting on project progress.

CTC - 3L to 3.6L

Qualifications

• Minimum experience of 1-2 years
• Technical skills in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and Structural Design
• Experience with Project Management and site inspections
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with architects, contractors, and team members
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies
• Experience in luxury property construction is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
