Job Description

Sales & Placement Executive

You will work closely with US hiring managers, vendors, and clients to build pipelines and close placement deals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition US Market

  • Identify and reach out to

    US companies, staffing firms, MSPs, and prime vendors

    .
  • Pitch our talent solutions, training-to-hire programs, and placement services.
  • Build long-term relationships with hiring managers and business owners.
  • Generate new clients and secure

    job orders & placement contracts

    .

2. Candidate Placement & Coordination

  • Understand job requirements for various US positions (IT and non-IT).
  • Match and submit qualified candidates from our internal database.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback cycles, and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure successful placement closures and post-placement follow-up.

3. Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Daily outreach through:
    – Email campaigns – LinkedIn Sales Navigator – Cold calling (US business hours) – Staffing vendor networks
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of US clients.

4. Market Research & Reporting

  • Track hiring trends in the US staffing ecosystem.
  • Research competitor offerings and emerging job categories.
  • Prepare weekly sales pipelines, performance reports, and revenue forecasts.

5. Relationship Management

  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and candidates.
  • Resolve placement issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain trust-based relationships to drive repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5years of experience in

    US staffing, bench sales, recruitment, or international sales

    preferred.
  • Excellent communication in

    English (US client-facing level)

    .
  • Understanding of US recruitment terms: C2C, W2, 1099, Visa types, rate negotiations.
  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to convert leads into business.
  • Experience using CRM tools, job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed), and LinkedIn.

  • Daily outreach:

    50+ emails / 30+ calls / LinkedIn connects
