Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) - Rivirtual

Job Summary:
As the Chief Marketing Officer at Rivirtual, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will lead a talented team of marketing professionals and work closely with the executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Marketing Leadership:
    • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that aligns with Rivirtual's mission, vision, and long-term goals.
    • Identify target market segments, analyze customer insights, and create personalized marketing campaigns.
    • Oversee the creation and execution of all marketing content, including website, social media, email, and advertising campaigns.
    • Continuously monitor and analyze marketing performance, make data-driven decisions, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  2. Brand Management and Positioning:
    • Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity that resonates with Rivirtual's target audience.
    • Develop and implement effective brand positioning strategies to differentiate Rivirtual from competitors.
    • Collaborate with the product and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
    • Establish and maintain a positive brand reputation through effective public relations and thought leadership initiatives.
  3. Digital Marketing and Demand Generation:
    • Oversee the development and execution of Rivirtual's digital marketing strategy, including website optimization, search engine marketing, social media, and email marketing.
    • Implement innovative lead generation and nurturing strategies to attract, convert, and retain customers.
    • Leverage data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts for maximum effectiveness.
  4. Talent Management and Team Development:
    • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
    • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members to ensure their growth and success.
    • Establish clear goals, metrics, and accountability measures to drive team performance and achievement.
    • Effectively manage the marketing budget and allocate resources to maximize the return on investment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Exceptional strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, customer relationship management (CRM), and data analytics tools.
