What Youll Do

Performance Marketing Intern

Your responsibilities will include:

• Campaign Management:

  Assist in planning, launching, and managing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

• Data Analysis:

  Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) and generate actionable insights.

• Keyword Research:

  Perform in-depth keyword research to identify new growth opportunities for search campaigns.

• Creative Collaboration:

  Brainstorm ad copy and creative ideas with the design team to maximize engagement.

• A/B Testing:

  Test various ad formats, audiences, and placements to improve conversion rates.

• Market Research:

  Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

• Reporting:

  Prepare clear and concise performance reports to share with the team.

Skills We’re Looking For

We’re on the hunt for a motivated self-starter with the following skills and qualities:

• Analytical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for managing data.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or other analytics tools.
• Ability to interpret numbers and metrics to drive actionable insights.

• Creative Thinking:

• Strong writing skills for crafting compelling ad copy.
• Ability to brainstorm fresh ideas for campaigns and creatives.

• Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles.

• Project Management:

• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• High attention to detail to ensure error-free execution.

• Soft Skills:

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
