ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Intern passionate about Meta Ads and data-driven marketing. The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and eager to learn how paid social media campaigns drive measurable brand and business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in managing and optimising paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Support full-funnel campaign execution from planning and audience segmentation to bidding, delivery, and daily optimisation.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign benchmarking.
• Track and analyse key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and CAC.
• Assist in creating and testing multiple ad creatives and ad copy variations through A/B testing.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and highlight actionable insights for campaign improvement.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure ad messaging and visuals align with campaign objectives.
• Stay updated on the latest Meta Ads trends, features, and optimisation best practices.
• Maintain detailed documentation of experiments, test results, and performance learnings.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Prior exposure or strong interest in Meta Ads campaign management.
• Basic understanding of key paid media concepts like targeting, bidding, ad delivery, and funnel strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and suggest optimisation steps.
• Creative sense of ad copywriting and understanding what makes scroll-stopping ads (hooks, CTAs, visuals).
• High attention to detail, proactive attitude, and strong communication skills
