Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Intern based in Kerala, India. The Performance Marketing Intern will assist in executing performance marketing campaigns, analyze campaign performance metrics, conduct performance testing, and optimize strategies based on data-driven decisions. The role involves close collaboration with the team to improve campaign outcomes and achieve key metrics, while honing marketing and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to perform comprehensive Data Analysis to derive actionable insights
• Experience or aptitude in Performance Management and Performance Testing of marketing campaigns
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with the team and effectively present data-driven insights
• Ability to work proactively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms or tools is a plus
