Job Overview:

We are looking for a result-driven Performance Marketing Intern who has hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should understand paid campaign execution, optimization strategies, and analytics. This role involves managing active campaigns, analysing performance, and contributing new ideas to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping preferred)
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting & ad copy drafting
• Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare weekly reports
• Coordinate with creative & social media teams for ad visuals and messaging
• Assist in scaling budgets while improving CPL and ROI
• Implement A/B tests and optimization strategies

Skills Required:

• Meta Business Suite
• Google Ads Manager
• Google Analytics / GA4
• Audience targeting
• Keyword strategy
• Campaign optimization
• Basic understanding of funnels & conversion tracking

Eligibility:

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Strong analytical mindset
• Good communication skills
• Certification in Google / Meta Ads would be preferred
