JOB SUMMARY The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base within the assigned geographical region for S-CCI India Pvt. Ltd. They will work closely with distributors, retailers, and industrial clients, promoting the company's lubricant products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of lubricants, and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships. KEY RESPONISBILITIES  Sales and Business Development:  Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the lubricants market, including automotive, industrial, and commercial sectors.  Achieve sales targets and growth objectives by expanding the customer base.  Promote the company’s range of lubricants and related products to clients, offering tailored solutions.  Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.  Customer Relationship Management:  Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers.  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and support.  Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.  Market Research and Competitor Analysis:  Conduct market research to understand current trends, customer needs, and competitor products.  Provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor activities, and potential market gaps.  Promotional Activities:  Participate in trade shows, product demonstrations, and promotional events to enhance product visibility.  Coordinate marketing campaigns and sales promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones.  Sales Reporting:  Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasting, and performance analysis to the management.  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.  Product Knowledge and Training:  Stay updated on new products, industry regulations, and market conditions.  Train and educate customers on the proper use and benefits of lubricants and related products. KEY SKILLS & COMPETANCIES  Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A background in chemistry or engineering is an added advantage.  Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience in the lubricants or automotive industry, or a similar field.  Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.  Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in closing sales deals and handling price negotiations.  Technical Knowledge: Understanding of lubrication products, their applications, and industry standards.  Customer-Oriented: Strong focus on building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.  Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer issues and find effective solutions.  Team Player: Collaboration with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to achieve sales goals.  Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory. QUALIFICATIONS  PG in Management / MBA & With minimum 2 to 5 year of experience.  Sales experience in the lubricant, oil, or automotive industry (preferred).  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.  Strong understanding of distribution channels, key account management, and B2C sales.  Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). WORKING CONDITIONS  Full-time, based in [ Gurgaon, AhmedabadSurat,Lucknow,Allahabad / Varanasi / Gorakhpur, GurgaonAhmedabadSuratLucknow Allahabad / Varanasi / GorakhpurPatna Ranchi,Kolkata,Amritsar / Jalandhar ].  Extensive travel required within the assigned area.  Fieldwork, client visits, and attendance at industry events will be a regular part of the role Show more Show less
