Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement
comprehensive channel sales plans
to achieve company targets.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new
channel partners, dealers, and distributors
to expand market reach.
Set and monitor
sales targets
for channel partners, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Build and maintain
long-term relationships
with key partners to ensure sustained growth.
Provide
training, product knowledge, and sales support
to channel partners for better performance.
Collaborate with partners to
execute joint business plans
and promotional campaigns.
Track and analyze
sales performance, market penetration, and profitability
across channels.
Manage and optimize
incentive programs, rebates, and partner engagement activities.
Coordinate with
marketing and product teams
to develop sales tools and go-to-market strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a
consistent partner experience.
Report regularly on
sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
to senior management.
Gather and share
market insights and competitor intelligence
to support strategic decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate / MBA in
Sales or Marketing
26 years of experience in
Channel or Retail Sales
Proven track record in
dealer / distributor management
and
target achievement
Strong
communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
skills
Proficient in
MS Office / CRM tools
for reporting and tracking
Experience in
Building Materials, Hardware, or Consumer Durables
preferred
Self-motivated, result-driven,
and capable of independent work
Willing to
travel extensively
within assigned territory
