O3Hire is hiring Entry-Level Field Sales Executives for one of the leading brands in Commercial Vehicle Industry.
Position: Field Sales Executive
Product: Commercial Vehicles
Location: Jaipur
CTC: 2.5 - 3.5 LPA (Decent hike on current CTC & based on interview)
Role Type: Off-roll | 1-Year Contract (Auto-renewable)
Roles & Responsibilities
Visit the field daily to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
Meet potential customers and key contacts such as brokers, body builders, booking agents, truck union members, financers, and garage owners.
Explain vehicle details like price, offers, finance options, and after-sales service to customers.
Participate in marketing activities such as vehicle demos, loan melas, customer meets, and financer meets.
Follow up with customers for bookings, payments, and deliveries.
Preferred Candidate Profile
B.Tech / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Commercial Vehicle).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Energetic, confident, and willing to work extensively in the field.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
