Job Description

Job Title

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned Middle Eastern markets

  • Execute full-cycle sales process: lead generation, qualification, follow-up, negotiation, and closing

  • Manage key accounts and drive repeat business

Market Expansion & Business Development

  • Identify and onboard new importers, distributors, and business partners in the Middle East

  • Develop a robust and growing pipeline through proactive outreach and networking

  • Conduct competitor and market research to uncover new opportunities

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships

  • Provide timely communication, product clarifications, and commercial support

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through responsive service and follow-ups

Coordination & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed records of prospects, meetings, and conversions in CRM tools

  • Share weekly progress updates and performance reports

  • Collaborate with internal operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achieving revenue and sales targets for the Middle East

  • 10% conversion rate

  • Expansion of distributor network & key client acquisitions

  • Accurate reporting and CRM discipline.



Requirements

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Proven track record in international B2B sales (Middle East region preferred)

  • Strong lead-gen, negotiation, and deal-closing skills

  • Ability to understand regional business culture & buyer behavior

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication

Behavioral Competencies

  • Business-focused and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills

  • Cultural awareness and adaptability for Middle Eastern business norms

  • Persistent, self-driven, and target-oriented

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing / International Trade or similar

  • 0–1 years

  • Experience in handling channel partners/distributors preferred
