🧾 Job Title: Sales Executive – Interior Design + Telecalling (WUDBELL) 📍 Location: Bengaluru | Full-Time | Onsite / Hybrid 🏢 About WUDBELL WudBell, a brand by Landmark Designs Pvt. Ltd., has been crafting premium interior solutions since 2015. Known for in-house manufacturing, over 2500+ laminate finishes, BWP/HDHMR core materials, and transparent pricing, WudBell blends luxury design with digital precision systems. We specialize in modular kitchens, wardrobes, and full-home interiors for residential clients. We’re now expanding our inside sales and client coordination team and are looking for dynamic Sales Executives who are confident in both face-to-face selling and telecalling to close qualified leads. 🎯 Key Responsibilities ☎️ Telecall and Follow-Up with incoming leads from social media, paid ads, exhibitions, and WhatsApp campaigns 📞 Convert phone-based inquiries into qualified walk-ins / site visits / Zoom consultations 🧾 Create & send quotation proposals and explain offerings like material specs, warranties, customizations 📍 Coordinate showroom visits, project site meetings, and update CRM with lead status 🗂️ Maintain strong follow-up hygiene and coordinate with design/estimation team for timely client response 💬 Upsell services such as in-house factory advantage, premium finishes, and project management 📊 Achieve monthly targets on enquiries → conversions → closed orders ✅ Ideal Candidate Profile 🎓 Education: Graduate in any stream (Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing preferred) 🧠 Experience: 1–3 years in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Interior Product Selling 📢 Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and one South Indian language (Kannada/Tamil) is a plus 🖥️ Comfortable using Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Google Meet/Zoom 🤝 Confident personality, presentable, able to handle homeowner objections and build trust 🔧 Technical & Business Knowledge (Preferred) Understanding of modular furniture, laminate finishes, BWP plywood, PU vs acrylic shutters Awareness of how home interiors are priced, customized, and executed Basic knowledge of Vastu/Design/Factory Process is a bonus 🛵 Additional Preferences Having a 2-wheeler + driving license for local site visits is preferred (TA/DA applicable) Willing to work 5.5 days/week, including client-preferred timings on weekends 💰 Compensation & Growth Fixed monthly salary based on experience + performance-based incentives Petrol allowance, mobile reimbursement Long-term growth into Senior Sales Manager / Design Consultant / Studio Manager Sales training, product education, and mentoring support from leadership 📩 How to Apply 📧 Send your resume with subject: “WUDBELL Sales Executive Application – [Your Name]” to: careers@wudbell.com 📱 WhatsApp HR: +91 98452 12833 🌐 Website: www.wudbell.com
