Understand client needs and pain points to recommend suitable IT solutions. Retain clients through excellent service and identifying upsell opportunities. Sales and Negotiation:Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Deliver customized presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate pricing and contract terms. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Strategy and Collaboration:Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategy. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align efforts. Develop and implement outreach strategies. Administrative and Reporting:Use CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and client communications. Prepare proposals, pitches, and quotes. Key Qualifications Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred. Experience: Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally in B2B or SaaS, is highly desirable. Experience in the IT sector is a strong plus.
