Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities to achieve targets, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Identify new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth initiatives such as marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field (insurance sales).
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably in Marketing).
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets, property laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex information effectively.
