Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales activities to achieve targets, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills. Identify new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth initiatives such as marketing campaigns and product launches. Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field (insurance sales). MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably in Marketing). Strong understanding of real estate markets, property laws, and regulations. Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex information effectively.
