Role & responsibilities - A real estate sales executive's responsibilities include finding and developing leads, showing properties, and managing the sales process from start to finish, including negotiating and closing deals . They must build strong client relationships, stay updated on market trends, and provide expert advice on property values, market conditions, and legal requirements. Preferred candidate profile - Education: Graduates preferred. 10th Pass also can apply. Experience: Freshers Welcome Skills: Negotiation and closing: Strong skills to effectively guide clients and close deals. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Market analysis: Ability to analyze market conditions and trends. Software proficiency: Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) , Will be trained on Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Time management: Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
