Job Title - Sales Executive


Experience Level- 1 to 3 years


Salary - As per norms



Location- Hyderabad


Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve monthly and quarterly individual sales targets assigned by the Sales Manager or Sales Head.

2. Identify and approach potential dealers, clients, and institutions to generate new business opportunities. 3. Support dealer onboarding and maintain strong work in relationships to ensure consistent sales performance.

4. Assist in executing sales plans in designated regions or towns, especially in under penetrated markets.

5. Focus on developing institutional /B2B leads and contributing to the project sales pipeline.

6. Collaborate with Channel Partners to meet sales goals and provide ongoing support.

7. Participate in local sales promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team.

8. Prepare and submitregularreportsonsalesperformance,customerfeedback,andmarket trends.

9. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service.


Requirements:

 Graduate degree in Business, Marketing ,or related field.

 1–3years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing industry.

 Strong communication ,negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

 Self-motivated, target-driven ,and able to work independently or as part of a team.  Willingness to travel as required with in assigned territory. Preferred Skills:  Prior experience in B2B or institutional sales.  Knowledge of the furniture market, including dealer/distributor networks.

 Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools(Excel, Word, PowerPoint).  Strong analytical skills to track sales metrics and trends.

 Ability to adapt quickly to market changes and client needs.

 Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and priorities.

 Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
