Key deliverables

·      Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound efforts and inbound leads

·      Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients

·      Build relationships with key decision-makers to position ManageArtworks as the preferred solution

·      Drive the entire sales cycle — from outreach and pitching to negotiation and closure

·      Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new business sales targets

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, product, onboarding) to ensure smooth customer acquisition

·      Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to refine prospecting strategy

·      Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system

·      Actively contribute ideas and insights during sales team meetings and training sessions

 

Required Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree in any field

·      1–3 years of proven success in B2B hunting / new business sales, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions

·      Prior experience selling to international clients (US/EU markets preferred) is an added advantage

·      Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding new client acquisition targets

·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

·      Highly motivated self-starter with strong prospecting and lead-generation abilities

·      Good organizational and time management skills with focus on results

·      Familiarity with CRM tools such as Hubspot (or similar) and other sales productivity tools

·      Passionate about technology and SaaS, with a drive to learn and stay ahead of global trends

·      Willingness to work in shifts is mandatory to align with international markets
