About the Role

UKG Pre-Sales / Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Perform
product demos
, solution walkthroughs, and capability presentations for UKG/Kronos modules.
Support the sales team during
RFP/RFI responses
, client meetings, and technical fitment discussions.
Work on
solution scoping
, requirement gathering, and proposal creation.
Provide functional insights around
Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Leave, Payroll, Workforce Management
, etc.
Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
Create
presentations, product decks, competitive analysis
, and customer-ready documentation.
Participate in
POC discussions
, estimations, and solution deep-dives.

Required Skills

25 years experience in
HRMS/HCM pre-sales or sales
(India market).
Strong understanding of
Workforce Management
,
UKG/Kronos
, or
similar HR platforms
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to translate business challenges into scalable product solutions.
Experience working with Indian enterprise clients (mid–large segment).

Good to Have

Exposure to UKG Pro, Dimensions, Workforce Central, or equivalent WFM HRMS,/HRIS products.
Experience in HR tech product companies, HRMS consulting, or SaaS-based HCM solutions.
