Job Description

You are a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive who will be an integral part of our freight forwarding team. Your primary responsibility will involve identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive freight forwarding services encompassing Air, Sea, and Land shipments to not only meet but exceed sales targets. You will be required to proactively engage in lead generation and prospecting activities by identifying and targeting new clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in both international and domestic freight forwarding sectors, covering Air, Sea, Road, Customs Clearance, and Warehousing services. Your role will also involve delivering impactful sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our full range of logistics services including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and last-mile delivery. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be a key aspect of your job, as you will be expected to understand each client's unique logistics requirements and offer customized solutions to meet their needs effectively. Furthermore, you will engage in various sales activities such as conducting client visits, cold calls, and meetings to drive lead generation and successful deal closures. Your skills in preparing and presenting tailored proposals and quotations will be essential in securing contracts and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. Collaboration and coordination will be vital components of your role, as you will closely work with internal operations, customer service, and documentation teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services that align with client expectations. Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior will enable you to identify new business strategies and stay ahead in the industry. Maintaining accurate sales records and providing regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status to the Manager will be part of your routine tasks. Ideally, we are looking for female candidates for this position. This is a full-time, permanent, and fresher-friendly job role that requires your physical presence at the workplace.
