We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our freight forwarding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting our freight forwarding services (Air, Sea, and Land) to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
Identify and target new business opportunities in international and domestic freight forwarding (Air, Sea, Road, Customs Clearance, and Warehousing).
Present and promote logistics services (transportation, warehousing, distribution, last-mile delivery, etc.) to clients.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their logistics needs and offering tailored solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their logistics needs.
Conduct sales visits, cold calls, and client meetings to generate leads and close deals. Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations to clients.
Prepare competitive pricing proposals and negotiate contracts to finalize deals. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Coordinate closely with operations, customer service, and documentation teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Work closely with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new business strategies.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status to Manager.
