Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute daily field visits to meet customers and generate sales
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the company
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop new customers
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Promote company products and explain features and benefits to customers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Ensure proper product visibility and availability in the market
  • Follow up with customers for orders, payments, and service-related queries
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports
  • Comply with company policies, sales processes, and reporting guidelines

Candidate Requirements

  • Graduation in any discipline (preferred)
  • 13 years of experience in field sales or direct sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
