Job SummaryWe are looking for a high-energy Coal Sales Executive to grow B2B sales in Gujarat by onboarding industrial customers, understanding their fuel requirement (GCV/GAR, size, usage), closing orders, coordinating dispatches, and ensuring timely payment collection. This role requires strong field work, negotiation skills, and discipline in follow-ups. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development Identify and onboard industrial coal buyers: ceramics, textiles, chemicals, boilers, process industries, etc. Build a lead pipeline through plant visits, calls, references, brokers, and market mapping Conduct requirement analysis: GCV/GAR range, ash/moisture tolerance, sizing (0–50mm / 20–50mm / fines), monthly consumption Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals Develop relationships with purchase teams, owners, and plant managers to drive repeat orders Order Execution & Coordination Coordinate with operations/logistics for availability, dispatch planning, and delivery timelines Ensure proper documentation: weighbridge slips, invoices, e-way bills, POD, etc. Handle delivery follow-ups and resolve issues quickly to maintain customer satisfaction Collections & Credit Control Follow up for payments as per agreed terms; ensure collection discipline Coordinate internally for credit approvals, outstanding tracking, and dispute resolution Maintain strong customer relationships while being firm on payment commitments Reporting & Market Intelligence Update daily/weekly reporting: calls, visits, quotes, orders, dispatch status, collections Track competitor pricing, freight changes, demand trends, and customer feedback Share actionable market inputs to improve pricing and customer acquisition strategy Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)New customers onboarded per month Monthly tonnage achieved Quote-to-order conversion % Repeat order rate / retention Payment collections & days outstanding Visit/call productivity Required SkillsProven B2B field sales experience (industrial products/commodities preferred) Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building Comfort with targets, travel, and frequent follow-ups Basic Excel/Google Sheets (pipeline + reporting) Ability to coordinate across teams (operations/logistics/accounts) Preferred Background (Good to Have)Experience in coal / petcoke / lignite / solid fuels / commodity trading Network in Gujarat industrial belt (Morbi / Rajkot / Ahmedabad / Surat / Vapi / Silvassa) Understanding of dispatch logistics, freight, and documentation workflow Experience handling credit customers and collections professionally Education12th / Graduate (MBA or similar is a plus, not mandatory) LanguageGujarati + Hindi required (English is a plus) Other RequirementsTwo-wheeler + valid driving license preferred Immediate / short notice candidates preferred (optional) Why Join ArrowtechHigh-growth sales role with strong incentive potential Direct exposure to large industrial accounts & commodity trading Opportunity to build territory ownership and grow into Key Account / Sales Manager role How to ApplyShare resume with: Current CTC / Expected CTC Current location Notice period Territory strength (cities/industries) Relevant B2B experience summary
