Job Title: Sales Executive (Tele-calling Outbound)

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads/databases.
Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively to generate interest.
Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly/weekly targets.
Maintain and update call logs, lead status, and customer information in the CRM.
Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure successful conversions.
Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Work closely with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Provide feedback on customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in outbound calling, telesales, or inside sales.
Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
Good command of Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
