Job Title: Sales Executive Telecalling (US Taxation Process) Location: Hyderabad Shift: Night Shift (Mandatory) - 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST Company: MS TAX - US Tax Filing & Accounting Services About MS TAX MS TAX is a rapidly growing US Tax Filing & Accounting firm serving students, professionals, and small businesses across the United States. We are known for accurate filings, excellent customer satisfaction, and a strong success rate in e-filing. We are expanding our Sales Team to reach more US-based clients and strengthen our nationwide presence. Role Overview We are hiring confident, energetic, and target-oriented Sales Executives to handle outbound calling, qualify leads, and convert prospects into clients. This role offers excellent career growth in Sales and Business Development. Note: Candidates must be willing to work in the Night Shift . Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls as per the company policy. Explain MS TAX services clearly and professionally. Identify potential clients and gather required information. Maintain accurate lead data and call notes in Excel Sheets / Google Sheets. Follow up with leads and coordinate with the Business Development team. Achieve daily and monthly targets. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate in any field (B.Com / BBA preferred). Freshers welcome; 12 years of telecalling/sales experience preferred. Excellent spoken English with a confident phone presence. Strong observation and negotiation skills. Positive attitude, resilience, and target-driven mindset. Interest in finance/taxation is an added advantage (training provided).
