Position: Sales Executive

Experience: 1-2 years

Position Overview:

Sales Executive/CRM

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key sectors (e.g., agriculture, surveying, infrastructure, defense, etc.).

● Build a pipeline through cold calling, networking, industry events, and digital outreach.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

● Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits.

● Understand customer requirements and provide tailored drone solutions, in accordance with company goals

● Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.

Sales Process Management:

● Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, keeping management in loop.

● Prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.

● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Research & Strategy:

● Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

● Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

● Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

CRM & Reporting:

● Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or ZOHO).

● Provide weekly/monthly reports on pipeline status and sales performance.

Required Qualifications:

● Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.

● 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, electronics, aviation, or drone/UAV or service industry

● Strong understanding of drone applications and market segments is a plus.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.

● Ability to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and demonstrations.

● Experience in selling high-tech or hardware solutions (e.g., drones, robotics, surveying equipment).

● Knowledge of government procurement processes or industrial sectors like agriculture, defense, or infrastructure.

● Familiarity with drone regulations (DGCA/FAA/etc.) is a bonus.

● Tech-savvy with experience in using CRM and digital sales tools.
