Job Title: Sales Engineer β Solution Sales Department: Sales & Business Development Location: Bhosari, Pune (Regional Office) Industry: Process Automation & Beverage Processing Solutions Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager / Director β Business Development Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Engineer β Solution Sales to join our Pune Regional Office. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling process automation solutions and processing equipment for non-alcoholic beverage industries (such as juice, soft drinks, energy drinks, flavored milk, etc.). The role requires a strong understanding of process applications, plant automation, and customer handling in the beverage manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate business opportunities for automation and processing solutions in the non-alcoholic beverage sector. Develop a strong network of beverage processors, OEMs, and EPCs in the region. Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and site visits to understand customer pain points and propose suitable solutions. Prepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with the design and estimation team. Drive the complete sales cycle β from lead generation to order closure. Collaborate with the internal engineering, execution, and service teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth in the Pune and Western India region. Maintain updated knowledge of automation platforms (preferably Siemens ) and process machinery (mixing, pasteurization, CIP, blending, filling line integration). Provide market feedback, competitor intelligence, and strategy inputs to the management. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation , Electronics , Mechanical , 2 to 5 years of experience in solution sales for process automation or processing equipment in the F&B industry , preferably in beverage or dairy segments. Exposure to automation platforms like Siemens , Rockwell , or similar. Knowledge of process flow, P&ID, and basic system design. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
