Job Title: Manager – Operations Location: Kochi, Kerala Company: Goose – Process Automation & Engineering Solutions Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and disciplined Manager – Operations to lead and streamline our operations at the Kochi location. The ideal candidate will bring a structured approach to managing day-to-day functions, project execution, team coordination, training, and performance reviews. Preference will be given to candidates with a defense background (Indian Navy or Air Force) and those based in Kerala. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure alignment with business goals Conduct regular performance reviews and team reporting Manage and coordinate ongoing and upcoming projects across engineering and automation Develop and implement operational processes and best practices Lead internal training and development initiatives to upskill teams Monitor KPIs, drive operational efficiency, and identify process improvement areas Coordinate with department heads for seamless execution and issue resolution Act as a key link between the ground team and management for reporting and escalation Preferred Profile: Experience: 8–15 years in operations/project management Background: Preference for ex-Navy or ex-Air Force engineers Location: Candidates from Kerala preferred due to job location in Kochi Strong communication and leadership skills Proven track record in operations excellence and project delivery Experience in team building and cross-functional coordination Show more Show less
