The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our footprint in the dairy sector by driving solution-based sales, building strong customer relationships, and identifying business opportunities across Western India. Key Responsibilities: Lead the sales of dairy plant automation systems and processing equipment in the region. Identify new business opportunities and manage end-to-end sales cycle – from enquiry generation to order closure. Engage with dairy plant stakeholders (private and cooperative) to offer tailored solutions. Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals in coordination with the engineering team. Understand customer needs and propose appropriate automation, instrumentation, and process solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the dairy industry. Meet assigned monthly and annual sales targets. Provide market feedback on competition, pricing, and customer expectations. Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and technical seminars in the dairy sector. Collaborate with internal teams (projects, engineering, and execution) for smooth delivery. Candidate Profile: Minimum 10 years of experience in sales of dairy processing equipment, automation solutions , or related industrial systems. Strong technical understanding of dairy processes and plant automation requirements. Proven track record in solution-based sales with private and cooperative dairies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel across Maharashtra and surrounding states. Self-driven, result-oriented, and team player.
