Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to support our ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client interactions, conducting site measurements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the timely and successful completion of projects as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle initial discussions with clients to understand their technical and project requirements.
• Conduct site visits, take accurate measurements, and assess project feasibility.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as design, estimation, procurement, and project execution teams.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Ensure project execution aligns with client specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Follow up with clients on quotations, approvals, and ongoing project progress.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat and referral business.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the sales strategy of the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, or related Engineering field or interior field .
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales, project coordination, or technical engineering roles.
• Strong technical understanding of engineering systems and project workflows.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CAD tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Valid driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
