Develop and manage business relationships with OEMs, EMS companies, R&D teams, and other customers.
Promote and sell a range of electronic and semiconductor components from global manufacturers.
Understand customer requirements and propose technically viable and cost-effective solutions.
Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and ensure timely order execution and delivery.
Meet and exceed sales targets and growth objectives for the assigned territory.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities in CRM tools.
Work closely with suppliers and internal teams for lead time coordination, pricing, and technical support.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to enhance market presence.

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor/electronic components and their applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM tools.
Willing to travel locally within the assigned region.

Experience Requirements

Minimum
3 years
of experience in field sales of electronic or semiconductor components.
Experience managing key accounts and delivering consistent results.
Existing customer base or network in South India will be an added advantage.
