Job Role & Responsibilities 1. Lead Conversion & Sales • Call inbound and outbound leads provided by the company. • Present the company’s services (Web, App, Software, WordPress, AI solutions, etc.). • Understand the client’s project requirements clearly. • Propose solutions with suitable pricing & packages. • Negotiate and close deals at the best possible price. 2. Client Communication & Requirement Gathering • Conduct detailed requirement discussions with clients. • Document requirements and pass them clearly to the technical team. • Arrange demo calls with technical team (if required). 3. Follow-ups & Relationship Building • Maintain strong follow-up with prospects until conversion. • Build long-term client relationships for repeat business. • Handle objections and provide convincing answers. 4. Coordination • Coordinate with UI/UX, developers, and project managers for smooth handover of projects. • Ensure client satisfaction during the sales-to-development transition. ⸻ Required Skills & Experience • Experience: 1–3 years in sales, preferably in IT services / software / digital marketing agency. • Communication: Excellent English (written & spoken), bonus if knows Hindi/Arabic depending on market. • Sales Skills: Convincing, negotiation, requirement gathering, presentation skills. • Technical Awareness: Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, WordPress, SaaS, etc. (not coding, but ability to explain services). • CRM Tools: Familiar with lead management tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or even Excel). • Follow-up Mastery: Should be persistent but polite in converting leads. ⸻ KPIs (Performance Indicators) • Number of calls & follow-ups per day/week. • Lead-to-client conversion rate. • Revenue generated per month. • Client satisfaction score.
