Componix India Private Limited is seeking experienced and motivated Sales Engineers to join our growing team in Bengaluru and Hyderabad . We are authorized distributors of high-quality electronics and semiconductor components , partnering with global brands to serve OEMs, EMS, and design customers across India. We have two open positions based on experience level and location: Senior Sales Engineer / Executive Bengaluru (Minimum 3 years of experience) Junior Sales Engineer / Executive Hyderabad (2 to 4 years of experience; not suitable for freshers) Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage business relationships with OEMs, EMS companies, R&D teams, and other customers. Promote and sell a range of electronic and semiconductor components from global manufacturers. Understand customer requirements and propose technically viable and cost-effective solutions. Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and ensure timely order execution and delivery. Meet and exceed sales targets and growth objectives for the assigned territory. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities in CRM tools. Work closely with suppliers and internal teams for lead time coordination, pricing, and technical support. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to enhance market presence. Required Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering. Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor/electronic components and their applications. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM tools. Willing to travel locally within the assigned region.
