Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical support to prospective and existing clients, understanding customer requirements, presenting product solutions tailored to client needs, assisting in the sales process, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The Sales Engineer will collaborate with both technical and sales teams to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.

Qualifications

Expertise in Sales Engineering and solid experience with technical support processes
Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service with an ability to identify and address client needs
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues and clients
Technical acumen, problem-solving abilities, and aptitude for understanding complex technical concepts
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to coordinate between on-site and remote work
Educational background in engineering, technology, or a related field, or applicable experience in a similar role
Experience in SaaS or technology training solutions is a plus
