Account Receivable

Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's accounts receivable ledger. This role involves ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, processing payments, managing collections, and reconciling accounts to support the financial stability of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post bank deposits, Reconciliation of Bank on daily basis.
• Ledger Reconciliation and resolved accounts receivable issues with customers.
• Sending reminders and contacting clients/customers for outstanding.
• Generating financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status such as aging reports, ledger confirmations.
• Co-ordinate with internal team members (Sales Persons) for account discrepancies.
• Support accounting and finance team members for forecast collection.
• Quarterly Reconciliation of 26 AS statement for TDS and TCS.
• Pass necessary entries such as Payment, Receipt, TDS and TCS Journal Entry, Debit Note and Credit Note.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelors degree preferred).
• At least 2 to 4-year experience in Account Receivable.
• Financial Accounting and Reporting.
• Debt Collection and Credit Management.
• Invoice Processing and Billing.
• Cash Application and Payment Reconciliation.
• Accounts Receivable Ledger Management.
• Familiar with ERP and Accounting Software Proficiency
• Knowledge of Word and Excel is must.
