Key Responsibilities Supervise installation & commissioning of mechanical/electrical equipment, piping, skids, insulation, and cabling. Interpret technical drawings and ensure work is executed as per design and safety standards. Coordinate daily with contractors and site teams to manage workflow and resolve issues. Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Provide regular progress updates to internal teams and client representatives. Liaise with in-house engineering teams for troubleshooting and commissioning support. Ensure on-time delivery and quality execution of projects across multiple sites. Requirements Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 3* years* of experience in on-site project execution, installation, or commissioning. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Strong vendor management, communication, and coordination skills.
