Job Description

Key Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory. * 1 years of experience in construction/site supervision. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software is a plus. * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Job Responsibilities: * Supervise site activities and ensure safety compliance. * Monitor progress and collaborate with teams for on-time delivery. * Manage resources, materials, and project documentation. * Identify risks and implement solutions to avoid delays. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Diploma (Required) Experience: total work: 1 year (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 15/06/2025
